There is no proactive monitoring or troubleshooting. When an issue occurs or assistance is required, the client contacts ITM Solutions for support. If the issue cannot be solved remotely, the first available technician will be booked to attend on-site.
Proactive Support
Designed for the moderate size business budget, Proactive support encompasses a number of options designed to ensure that your business is running effectively according to your requirements. There are no contracts. The base support offering includes a monthly on-site server maintenance visit and daily backup audits. Managed services are designed for the larger business budget that cannot afford staff downtime or work interruption. This is a contracted support option that, at its base concept, involves a monthly charge per workstation and server and provides unlimited proactive support.
